Where there is love, there is no place for expectations!

Having expectations is a normal human nature. 
Having expectations from others is not a bad thing.but one should be prepared for its consequences. Even a child has expectations from his parents that his hunger and thirst will be taken care of. As his life progresses,his expectations from family, society and government also increase. Not everyone can live up to our expectations, and when these are not fulfilled, it can have a negative impact on our quality. It can also change our outlook towards life. A person wants the best in every situation. And when this doesn't happen, disappointment arises. It is necessary to bear the pain of expectations being broken, and this should be seen as the result of karma of destiny. It is natural to accept that where there are expectations, there is suffering. Yet it is not difficult to adopt an open attitude towards the world. Before having expectations from others, we need to take care of our strength, ability and limitations. It is also true that it is better to stay away from a place where your expectations are not valued. With age, expectations also reduce and everything seems futile. Keeping yourself busy, spending time with loved ones and being absorbed in meditation is the solution to this sorrow. 
Where there is love, there is no place for expectations. Be tolerant.

Thoughts have so much power that they have the ability to change lives. However, it depends on you what kind of thoughts you bring into your mind.  Positive thoughts sow the seeds of positivity in our mind and make us civilized and cultured, giving the right direction to our lives.while negative thoughts weaken our energy and mislead us.  Everything in this world starts with a thought.  Big things become bigger as more people contribute their thoughts to them after they appear.  If we take our mind off the bad thing and focus on love, that bad things can not exist. Your ability to think is unlimited,so are the things you can think and bring into extence. When you truly know this, your mind becomes aware of its own unlimited nature. I have found in my life and in the lives of others that we do not think well of ourselves or love ourselves fully. When we do not love ourselves,we are actually pushing away the things we want.
